Gizmo 16 years old today!

Our grand old lady Ch. Caratoots Convince Chantalle is celebrating her 16th birthday today. Both she and Kaj are born on June 12, but ‘Gizmo’ beats him by far, as she becomes 118 years (in comparable dog years).

Although she needs a rest now and then and her hearing is somewhat impaired, it is hard to believe that she is so old. She still very much enjoys chasing birds and wandering around in our pond trying to catch the goldfish. What a joy it has been having her with us all those years, and we sincerely hope she will stay in full vigour yet another couple of years.

Gizmo has placed herself on the Top 10 Winning Veteran list of Papillon-Ringen every year since 2001. An achievement hard to beat, wouldn’t you say!
